Images from my very first analog photography class; and, my very first experience in the darkroom — images processed on 2/23/95
Structure existed on North Avenue, between the Chicago River and part of The Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railway’s Bridge No. Z-2. I had seen this structure before, and was curious about its existence. So, when given the first photo assignment, I knew what I wanted to memorialize. Looking at the image now, it makes me me feel that I was taking off on a new venture—and, indeed, I did!
